Dear Godhard Family, We just received your holiday card in the mail and I need to tell you that it is the most thoughtful and heartwarming card I've ever received. The details of remembering CJ and Chad's mother is brilliant. I could feel the love and hope your family has for each other just by reading a piece of paper. Pretty powerful stuff! Hope you are all doing wonderful and enjoying your beautiful family during the holidays - and every day! Love, John, Lorie & Johnny IV
J.Garber, IV - Climax, North Carolina

Maggie, Chad, and Noah, The CJ tree in our yard is actually a rose bush. It is a rose that my grandparents planted in their yard years ago, and my mom lovingly transplanted it up here to our house when she and my aunt cleaned out my g-parents home and land last year. Like CJ, it is sweet and beautiful with a strong spirit that outlasts expectations. Cyrus first learned about flowers with this rose bush. I have thought of it as "CJ's" since you first brought up the tree idea, since we had planted it so recently. Each little, but fragrant, blossom is a prayer for your CJ. Big love to you all. Chad, Maggie and Noah, Anne and I and the entire Talent Connection's team wanted to honor the memory of CJ. We know that Chad is a HUGE Green Bay Packer fan. At the memorial service for CJ, it was announced about the Trees for CJ effort. Then, you showed a touching video with pictures of CJ. In one of the pictures, Chad was wearing a Green Bay Packer hat and I (Tom) was reminded of his passion for the Pack. Right then, I thought, I've got to get a tree planted at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin! My grandfather was one of the first shareholders of the Green Bay Packers and my parents are from Green Bay and still hold six season tickets. After some calls to the Packers and the city, we made arrangements for this Ginko tree to be planted in Skyline Park right next to Lambeau Field (you can see the stadium in the background of the picture). The ‘Princeton Sentry’ Gingko planted at Skyline Park on October 30, 2008 is a welcome improvement to this park and will certainly provide a lasting legacy to CJ’s memory. The Ginko tree is a very hearty tree and the leaves turn yellow (Packer yellow of course!) in the Fall. We look forward to getting you tickets to a Packer game so you can go up and see the tree and cheer on the Pack to victory. May the Lord bless you and keep you in the palm of His hand. Tom and Anne Darrow and the Talent Connection's team

Margaret, Chad & Noah, we think about you and CJ everyday. We planted a bushy green shamel ash in our back yard, in the middle of our little patch of grass. Its little still, but growing fast. It is already packed with squawking birds, who seem to love this tree and ignore the others. The kids in the neighborhood use it as the center for duck duck goose games. The kids all know it is CJ's tree, and they water it with the hose, and talk to it. Love, Carolyn

I am planting this tree in my front yard where all can see. While I know there are many properties and legends of the Ginkgo tree, I just read that if you drink a light tea of Ginkgo Biloba before going to sleep, it will help you remember your dreams...And we all need to remember our dreams! A precious baby came into this world and only stayed but a little while...but in that time, gave so many love...and his family provides so much inspiration to others. With admiration for CJ's family...may the world be filled with new trees in honor of a special life...and with the growth of the trees, a contribution to our planet and visual reminder of the "tiny inspiration" that continues to live on in this world.

We said a prayer and poured mommy's milk, lots of water and lavender oil around the tree. It was a very special day!
